We are currently looking for a delightful Senior Producer to join our Leamington-based team - but we are fully supportive of remote working and happy to enable whatever blend of home and office best empowers you and your work.

**A Senior Producer at Lively**:

- Assist the team in the development of a high-quality product updates, on time and to budget.
- Drives product operational goals and facilitates communication, organisation, process, and accountability.
- Create and manage development schedules and see them through their successful conclusion.
- Works with QA to enable a high-quality regular product delivery.
- Identifies and communicates any roadblocks and bottlenecks that may prevent the team from achieving their goals.
- Motivates and supports the team to ensure project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
- Assist the team to prepare regular milestone deliverables to submit to external management, including reports such as burnup, burndown and sprint velocity reports.
- Manages peer relationships with our publisher together with game director
- Help to ensure that new members are made welcome and are successfully integrated into the team.
- Coach more junior production staff

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years’ experience senior production role (or equivalent)
- Proven production experience on multiple shipped game products
- Demonstrated ability to orchestrate work across multi-disciplinary teams
- Process driven, with flexibility to adapt as the needs of the team arises.
- Ability to familiarise and adapt quickly to various development cycle.
- Experience tracking complex projects and providing insight and influence into how to deliver more effectively and mitigate risks.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Drive to keep learning and inspiring
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute delivery plan reliability and with quality expected.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Calm and deliberate within a demanding environment. Able to identify/assess risks and strategies to mitigate and escalate as necessary.
