Edm Operator

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced EDM Operator to join state-of-the-art injection moulding and toolmaking facilities, housing over 70 injection moulding machines from 50 ton to 1,100 ton.

**As an EDM Operator, your duties will include -**
- Programming, setting and operating EDM Wire Eroders
- Making recommendations and observations for process improvement techniques and hardware operation
- Completing basic maintenance of machines

**We are keen to hear from any EDM Operator applicants who have -**
- Experience of EDM operations within an injection moulding environment
- Experience of manufacturing bespoke components with tight tolerances
- An ability to read and understand technical drawings

**On offer -**
- A salary of circa 33K DoE
- Monday - Friday, days. 40 hours per week.
- Training to improve skillset on specific equipment

Based in the Manchester, this role is commutable from Bolton, Rochdale, Oldham, Huddersfield, and all surrounding areas.
