**Role Summary**:
**Core Responsibilities**:

- Assembling large quantities of Aerospace components by company instructions and procedures
- Follow working instructions and able to read/interpret drawings and work to tight tolerances
- Demonstrates all safety and quality policies and procedures
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Operate within all Meggitt, Health, and Safety at work Regulations.
- Attendance of start of shift meeting with the team to understand the team’s targets, any key issues/problems, and any other communications (e.g. visits, health & safety issues, etc.)
- Detects and escalates any issues to team leaders promptly
