When Bella Baby opened its doors in Galway in 2008, we decided our mission was to provide mums and dads-to-be with easy access to the best brands, the right information and the best shopping experience possible. Since then we have grown from strength to strength and opened three more stores in Ireland in Cork, Dundrum, and recently opened our first UK store in London. **WHAT’S INVOLVED IN THE JOB?**
- Follow and achieve the store’s sales goals on a monthly basis
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Go the "extra mile” to drive sales
- Cross-sell products.
- Handle returns of merchandise.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Prioritizing customer care & offering unparalleled customer service & aftercare.
- Our stores operate between 9:30am and 5pm Monday to Saturday.

**REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Energized and communicative individual
- Good standard of IT and numeracy
- Strong customer focus
- Flexibility
- Strong time-management skills
- Attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Twickenham, TW1 3BE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
