- Preparing and cooking a variety of Pakistani halwa poori, samosa chaat ,samosas, birItami and Afghani dishes, with a focus on Namkeen Boti, Afghani Grill, Namak Mandi, Peshawari Chops, and Afghani Dum Pukht.
- Ensuring the consistent quality and presentation of all dishes served to customers.
- Collaborating with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials, staying true to our authentic roots.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Managing food inventory, ensuring optimal freshness and minimizing waste.
- Supervising and training junior kitchen staff members to ensure a high level of skill and expertise within the team.
