**Executive Assistant - Part Time**
**Maternity Cover**
Do you have executive-support, client-management and communication experience? We’re looking for a unique individual to join our tribe as Executive Assistant to the MD - someone to look after all things Shuttlefish HQ - working between 32 & 35 hours a week spread over 4 or 5 days.
You will likely be looking for a role where you’ll have an opportunity to write, manage, create and meet, get stuck into a wide range of business activities and really make your mark. The business is growing and is looking for someone proactive and happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
- **Please note, whilst the start date for this role is 02/10/23 if you are able to start sooner or be available for onboarding mid-September we'd like to discuss that._

**Your Role**
As Executive Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:
**Essential**:
- Supporting the Creative Lead and MD with client planning, communication and management
- Project management skills that can take something through the whole cycle of the project
- Organising across the team/meetings etc.
- Managing relationships with clients and other partners and stakeholders
- Liaising with prospects and maintaining a CRM system
- Marketing support
- Research support
- Keeping track of key performance indicators (and a finger on the pulse of what’s trending in leadership and business)
- Thinking of fresh ideas to bring joy to clients, the network and wider community
- As the business grows you may be responsible for helping with finances, including invoicing and tracking expenses.
**Desirable**:
- An understanding and knowledge of Xero
- How to raise invoices in Xero
- A basic understanding of bookkeeping; chasing unpaid invoices and reconciliation against paid invoices in Xero.
