We are recruiting for industrial workers to carry out duties on behalf of Plymouth City Council. Please be aware, we would expect the season to start around early March 2023.

We are expecting the requirements to be full time, temporary ongoing positions for the season with an hourly rate of £11.18 per hour & weekly pay.

Standard hours of work are 06.30-16.15pm Monday to Thursday from a plymouth central location and it is essential you would be able to commit to this.

Refuse Collector Duties will include:

- Loading & unloading garden/waste bins in the Plymouth area
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Lots of manual handling
- Outdoor working
- Have experience in working outdoors
- Be physically capable to carry out tasks in a safe and effective manner
- Be a motivated team player

The main depot is a great central location, with on-site parking, a canteen and shower facilities.

All suitable applicants will be required to attend a mandatory induction session where if successful a start date will then be provided.
