**Role Requirements**
- To provide high quality support to senior leads and the school team to ensure that statutory pupil meetings and databases are well organised and managed effectively to meet all statutory requirements / deadlines.
- To organise and manage all statutory, pupil meetings, pupil attendance returns within the designated timeframes across education, health, therapy and care for each pupil and each local authority / Independent Reviewing Officers. Prepare and send paperwork as required ahead of all statutory pupil meetings. Attend meetings as required, take accurate minutes of the meeting, distributing as required within set SLAs.
- In collaboration with senior leaders to set and deliver the strategy for continuous improvement in the school’s administrative and communications procedures. This includes adoption of technology solutions to improve the management of statutory meeting but also the experiences and correspondences to parents and staff.
- To undertake administrative tasks and duties, using relevant IT packages to support the work of the role and school. Providing clerical support, minuting, typing, and preparing of documents as required for all statutory meetings i.e., annual reviews.
- To liaise with external providers requiring information about pupil data and be able to run reports within the timeframes sent out in the SEND code of Practice 0-25.
- To maintain pupil electronic files organised with up-to-date correspondence, on pupils leaving the school ensure that the relevant paperwork is sent securely.
- To assist / prepare correspondence with / for parents and carers when directed.

With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.
