**Starting salary: JM4:

- £48,587 per annum**

**Location: Based in Castlewood, Clevedon**

**Hours: 37 **hours per week**

**Contract: Permanent**

**Closing date: Thursday 05 January 2023**

The SEND Team requires an Operational Lead SEND Manager to support the operational role of the SEND team. You will work closely with the Head of SEND and the SEND team manager and will hold responsibility for the processes associated with and the delivery of Education Health and Care Plans.

You will have direct links with North somerset’s Parent Forum and SEND and You as well as professionals providing sensory support, educational psychology and associated therapists and professionals. You will be expected to make decisions using skills that have been gained through relevant academic or professional qualifications and practical experience.

You will directly supervise staff and be responsible for all operational services that take place under the SEN Team. You will work alongside the SEND Team Manager to plan, develop and shape the service and monitor outcomes.
