£100,000+ per annum + Annual Bonus of up to 20%

Butler Rose Public Practice are delighted to have been instructed to support this Top 20 firm with national presence, that are now keen to complement their SLT with the pivotal appointment of Partner to take full ownership of the private client and corporate tax offering of the firm.

As the Partner for tax, you will be fully versed in all aspects of private client tax for a diverse portfolio of HNWI, OMBs, non-doms, non-residents, entrepreneurs, as well as ideally having had solid exposure to corporate tax matters.

You will work in partnership with the firm's client base offering advisory and tax planning solutions with aim of delivering a 1st class service. Undoubtedly a key influencer, you will lead the firm's tax function to continue the success and growth of this lucrative service line.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support in complex tax matters
Offer expert advice and planning on various aspects of private client tax, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and trust planning, and corporate tax
Conduct thorough tax reviews and provide accurate and timely compliance services
Stay up-to-date with changing tax regulations and legislation, ensuring clients compliance with all relevant laws
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and actively engage in business development activities to attract new clients

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in a Director, Associate, or partner capacity within either a mixed tax or heavily biased private client tax role working for a highly reputable UK based accounting firm.
In-depth knowledge of UK tax legislation, particularly in relation to private client tax matters
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues
Strong and proven leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of inspiring and mentoring junior professionals
A client-focused approach, demonstrating the ability to understand clients needs and deliver effective solutions
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CTA, ACA, or ACCA)
