RAC are on the lookout for a **Project Manager** to join our **Consumer** Change team. This role is perfect for someone to thrives working in a fast paced environment, primarily using Waterfall project methodology. It would be advantageous if you had experience in either technical change, Financial Services or Insuranceexperience.

Working within the Consumer Change team this role is directly responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of a number of Consumer Roadside and Insurance projects. You will manage project stakeholders including the Project sponsor, Project SMEs,Corporate Customers and third party IT and/or Business suppliers including the onboarding of new suppliers.

Based in **Bristol** working hybrid hours - 2 days a week in the office

**Key responsibilities for the role include**:

- Day-to-day management and execution of a wide range of projects, primarily using Waterfall methodology
- Following the defined Stage Gate Process
- Stakeholder management at a senior level including Project Sponsor, Project SMEs, Finance Business Partner, Corporate customers and external third party suppliers
- Identification, analysis and management of risks, issues and dependencies through the definition and implementation of appropriate management strategies and action plans
- Management of project finances and spend against baseline budget
- Management of third party suppliers including onboarding new suppliers
- Strong relationship management and networking abilities
- Ability to manage a number of projects concurrently and work at pace
- Management of Service Introduction
- Line management, coaching and point of escalation for Junior Project Manager as required

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects
- Significant experience and knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- E2E delivery across the Software Development Lifecycle
- Experience of using Project scheduling tools such as Jira and MS Project
- Project Management Accreditation (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, APM)
- Proven experience in supplier management
- Proven experience of managing project finances and spend
- Excellent planning, communication and presentation skills
- Strong relationship management skills and an engaging capability for working in collaboration with internal and external teams
