Graduate Scheme - Teaching Assistant **- the responsibilities**
- Cover lessons and learn how to create and maintain a calm learning environment
- Plan and deliver intervention sessions
- Provide 1:1 support to students
- Become a valued member of the team and the school’s community
- Run your very own enrichment activities

**Person specification - **Graduate Scheme - Teaching Assistant
- Graduate with a 2:1 or higher
- Drive to inspire the next generation
- Ambition and can-do attitude
- Be a positive role-model
- Previous experience working with children and young people desirable
- Clear commitment to education and teaching
