Waitress/bartender

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender, waitress or receptionist to join our team at Mosaic. As a Bartender, receptionist, waitress or waiter you will play a key role in creating a memorable experience for our guests by providing exceptional service and crafting delicious beverages and serving delicious food. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to their preferences and company standards
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections and dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date on current beverage trends and attend training sessions as required

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and beverage pairings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
- Must be at least [legal drinking age] years old
