More about your role
You will join the team which manage the safety programme for the portfolios across Touchstone. Your role will centre on compliance, ensuring that our properties meet the high standards of Touchstone and the Landlords Legal obligations. You will monitor and manage the programme of servicing, testing and maintenance programmes, ensuring all highlighted health and safety risks are acted upon, and also confirm periodic compliance testing has been completed.
You will support the full administrative process surrounding compliance. Making sure your knowledge of procedures, compliance, legislation and contracts is developed and maintained at a high standard.
You will be responsible for managing and motivating the team to achieve their targets. You will be focused on managing customers' expectations.
More about you
This is a great time to join Touchstone, you will join a growing department working with Compliance. Experience working within a similar compliance or property based role would be beneficial. Although Compliance H&S experience would be an advantage it is not essential. Therefore being able to work well under pressure and being able to prioritize and manage your own workload is essential.
You will work closely with both staff and external agencies therefore you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Being able to adapt your communication style to suit a situation is also a key skill.
The ideal applicant will have a minimum of two years team leader experience, you will have great people skills and work closely with the team to allow the business to succeed.
