Early Years Outreach Worker

**Are you looking for your next role as a Early Years Outreach Worker?**

Pioneer People are assisting a nursery school in Saltley who are looking to appoint hardworking, dedicated and caring Early Years Outreach Worker who can support their nursery practitioners. The role is term time only, Monday-Friday.

You will help to develop the inclusive practice and quality first teacher in a variety of settings, including PVI nurseries, child minders, stay and plays and school based nursery classed by:

- Supporting practitioners to identify strengths and areas for development
- Providing advice and guidance to enable improvements within their practice
- Sign posting to existing services and partnerships within the districts to meet identified needs
- Focusing on early intervention for children in all settings and successful transitions into their next provision

**Is this you?**
- Have experience of working in an Early Years Setting
- Hold a level 3 or above in childcare or similar
- Have knowledge of the Early Years Framework
