Experienced live in groom required for an established competition livery yard. We are looking for an organised, forward thinking, enthusiastic groom to join our team on a full time basis. To carry out all yard duties to a high standard, including daily stable routines, turn in and out, tacking up and grooming of horses. Must be confident to take sole charge when required.
Must have great attention to detail, particularly with ensuring medical problems are spotted early and treated. Able to hack out a variety of horses at a minimum. Ideally able to bandage, clip/trim and turn out for shows.
Lessons available and the chance to attend shows.
Self contained accommodation on site available. Salary dependant on experience.
References will be required.
