Radar Recruitment have been exclusively retained by a large, international, product-based organisation to support them in their search for a high-performing Finance Analyst to bridge the gap between multiple departments and ensure the flow of financial informationis robust and efficient. The role will initially be on a 12 month contract however this is an ongoing project and will likely see some form of extension or potentially a permanent opportunity.

This role is to provide 'real time' support and analysis, to be a trusted adviser and to add value that will assist in decision making. Critical to success is an ability to communicate a message, to understand the audience and deliver the information ina clear and user-friendly manner. It is this mix of analytical, commercial and communication skills which are at the heart of successful finance business partnering.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain Financial Analysis tools relating to Sales, Marketing, Operations, Logistics, and other functional areas through both Power BI and other financial reporting systems
- Validation of data accuracy through comparison/reconciliation with alternative data sources
- Identify, investigate, highlight and comment on relevant trends and variances
- Investigate, analyse and report on relevant issues prioritised by the Financial and Operational Executives when required
- Articulate information to relevant stakeholders in a consistent and user-friendly format
- Engage in Projects aimed at improving delivery relevant to this Key Performance Area
- Key role player between the Power BI team and the overall Finance team
- Compilation of management reports focusing on benchmarking of KPI information
- Track and report on volumetric and other non-financial information including Group specific KPI information.
- Assist with cost management, identification of issues and problems across the group through the use of standard KPIs and benchmarking around productivity, throughput, etc. and identification of opportunities for synergies and cost improvement/reduction
- Assistance with Group and Regional consolidations and analysis for reporting purposes as required

**Profile**:

- ACCA/CIMA qualified
- 3-5 years’ experience in a financial analyst role
- A proven track record of detailed analytics
- Power BI experience advantageous
- Group consolidations experience advantageous
- An analytical mind with a keen eye for detail and the desire to probe further into data
- Advanced excel skills

**On Offer**:
