An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join Newberry International Produce Ltd.

Newberry International Produce is a key supplier to the Manufacturing, Retail, and Food Service sectors in many countries. We import and export products to, and from, all over the world and this is an exciting time to join the team as our customer and supplier base expands.

Due to the expansion and growth of Newberry International we are due to move into a purpose-built facility in Ledbury during 2023.

**Job Role**:

- Inputting of Supplier invoices
- Raising of sales invoices
- Raising of Customer Statements
- Posting of customer receipts and supplier payments
- Reviewing credit status of new customers
- Preparing bank reconciliations
- Supplier Statement reconciliations
- General Finance Office admin
- Preparing other ad hoc financial reports as required

**Qualifications**

GCSE Maths and English Grades 9 - 4 (A - C), or equivalent

**Experience/Skills required**

Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential

Competent in the use of Excel and Word

Experience of SAGE/accountancy software preferred but not essential

Numerate, accurate and attention to detail

Able to manage own workload and work to deadlines
