This is an exciting time to join a growing charity in Edinburgh as they expand their fundraising team. Following another successful income generating year, and in order to meet the overall organisations plan for expansion, we are looking to hear from experienced Events Fundraisers.

**Overview of role responsibilities**
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors and sponsors.
- Plan and execute fundraising events, including coordinating logistics and securing sponsorships.
- Utilize fundraising software, such as Raiser's Edge, to track donor information and manage campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to promote fundraising initiatives.
- Prepare grant proposals and reports for foundation and corporate donors.
- Maintain accurate records of donations, pledges, and donor communications.
- Provide excellent customer service to donors, ensuring timely acknowledgement of contributions.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in fundraising or related field.
- Strong knowledge of fundraising principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with Raiser's Edge or similar donor management software.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and inspire donors.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for grant writing and donor communications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of public relations strategies to enhance fundraising efforts.

**Salary**: £27,652.00-£31,140.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week

**Experience**:
