**Position - **Sales Negotiator

**Location - **Hamilton, Office Based.

We have maternity leave vacancy available offering a great opportunity for an individual to be part of a growing estate agency located in Hamilton. The successful applicant will play a key role within the business acting as the first point of contact, providing a personable and exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for regular communication with clients, negotiating offers between the vendor and the buyer and delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the telephone. As a relatively new estate agency, this is a fantastic opportunity with great career prospects as the Business grows.

**The Role and key responsibilities**
- Take calls from home buyers, qualify their search criteria and book in viewings
- First point of contact for potential new clients selling their property
- A natural ability to convert enquiries into valuations
- Able to identify and generate new opportunities that will increase revenue for the business
- Strong administration and I.T skills are required
- Successfully managing the CRM database of applicants
- Able to negotiate the best offer for our clients
- Manage sales from offer stage through to exchange of contracts and completion of sale keeping clients informed throughout
- Excellent organisation skills and good at managing your own time
- Must be of professional nature with excellent communicative skills always maintaining a high level of customer service
- Coordinate the day to day running of the business working closely with the company director
- Asking for customer testimonials
- Carry-out viewings demonstrating the features and benefits of the property
- Maximising leads for business introductions to legal and finance services.
- Being innovative, bringing forward ideas to help improve the business and customer experience
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

The role requires you to have your own driving licence and car to be able to carry out the function of the role. Estate agency experience is preferred with strong oral and written communication skills who is highly self-motivated and able to work under pressure to deadlines unsupervised at times. To succeed in the role, you must be susceptible to change and open to learning as the business evolves.

**Job type**:
Full-time, Temporary 12-month Contract
Salary - Depending on experience

**Additional Pay**:

- Sales Commission

**Schedule**

Office based:
Monday to Friday 8:45pm to 5:30pm
Wednesday and Thursday on rotation until 7pm to accommodate late viewings.
Saturday 10am until 1pm on rotation.
