One of the UK’s most inspiring and best-known faith-based organisations is looking for a Community Mission Lead to join the team at our Liverpool Valley Corps (Church).

In this role you will develop and lead the Salvation Army’s presence at Liverpool Valley Corps with community outreach and Christian spirituality alongside coordination and management of the building

**Key Responsibilities**:As Community Mission Lead you will have a unique opportunity to develop relationships in the community, to network with local organisations and seek to find a spiritual pathway for The Salvation Army that provides for the community. Working as part of the team within the building there is opportunity for you to develop integrated ways of working and co-ordinate best use of space within the building as well as providing day to day building management.
- The ability and willingness to support the fulfilment of the spiritual aims of the centre
- Ability to lead and/or participate in worship
- Experience of developing effective community spiritual programmes
- Experience of managing the physical infrastructure of buildings which are accessible to the public
- Knowledge and experience of Health & Safety, Safeguarding and Data Protection
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of managing budgets
