**About you**:

- +2 years buying experience ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience of using an MRP/ERP system

**Duties**:

- Work with internal Purchasing teams to support overall strategies & Initiatives
- Negotiate contracts
- Action sourcing plans to support NPI process
- Manage suppliers & Inventory levels to deliver set KPI goals.
- Manage existing suppliers and building relationships with new suppliers
- Solve and control invoice queries relating to price with suppliers.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers
- Operation of Sage and MRP system and adherence to MRP buy signals
- Work with suppliers to address any supply chain disruptions
- Collaborate with production, inventory, and planning teams to forecast material requirements accurately.
- Develop procurement plans that align with production schedules
- Other adhoc duties
