A newly created Finance Director role within a rapidly growing Technology company based in Woking which will support the business in its ongoing growth and development, providing greater financial insight to support the strategic goals of the business.

**Key responsibilities**:

- In sourcing of accounts preparation from professional accounting firm
- Preparation of monthly management accounts including variance and commentary.
- Creation and ongoing production of a detailed management information pack to deliver commercial insight to the Managing Director and Operations teams
- Business partner to MD, Sales Director and and Operations Director
- Manage corporation tax and VAT compliance/reporting
- Ensure integrity of P&L and balance sheet, including required reconciliations
- Lead budgeting and forecasting process
- Manage annual audit and statutory accounts preparation
- Liaise closely with audit/Stat accounts provider
- Work closely with in house bookkeeper to ensure integrity of financial transactions
- Continually seek to improve and enhance finance systems (Odoo cloud based ERP)
- Support ad-hoc projects as required

**Package**

This role will be paying between £80-100k with a discretionary yearly bonus. Hybrid set up with flexible working hours available. Lots of parking on site but would need to drive as a distance from the station.
