Established in 2006, NT Steel Services are a steel stockholder based in Wallsend, Tyne & Wear, supplying general and structural steel products throughout North East England.

We are currently recruiting a Stock Controller / Sales Support Person.

Your main duties will include:

- Processing internal paperwork accurately.
- Booking in stock and checking supplier paperwork.
- Posting supplier invoices and dealing with queries.
- Processing customer orders.
- Sales invoicing.
- Liaising with office and warehouse staff to resolve stock queries.
- General administration (filing, answering telephones etc)
- Previous experience in an administration role.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Be reliable and punctual.
- Have excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Have a flexible approach to your work.

Hours are negotiable - 20 hours per week over 5 days.

Holiday Entitlement: 20 days per year plus bank holidays.

Probationary period leading to permanent contract.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
