Social Media and Marketing:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the practice's online presence and attract new patients.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads.
- Capture and effectively use patient testimonials to enhance practice reputation and engagement on social media.
- Use social media to communicate the benefits of dental treatments, including patient stories, educational content, and promotional offers.
- Analyse key metrics and tweak strategy as needed to improve social media engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure the practice remains competitive in the digital landscape.

Patient Coordination:

- Provide complimentary assessments to relevant patients based on their profiles, discussing their needs and available treatment options.
- Support and educate patients on their individual treatment plans following their diagnosis.
- Manage the patient journey from start to finish, adhering to the concierge approach.
- Utilise marketing materials and campaigns to maximize patient engagement and treatment uptake.

People:

- Support induction and training, facilitating continuous learning about private services within the practice and the broader area.
- Liaise closely with clinicians and receptionists to promote available services.
- Actively participate in Treatment Coordinator (TCO) workshops organised by the Private and Specialist Development Managers.

Performance:

- Manage the end-to-end referral process to ensure quality, consistency, and optimal conversion rates.
- Build and maintain relationships with referring dental practices and clinicians to promote mydentist services and encourage referrals.
- Promote mydentist and hygiene plans, as well as aftercare oral hygiene products, and support the team in doing the same.
- Engage in reviews of practice private performance and champion the rollout of mydentist initiatives.

Process:

- Discuss financial options with patients, including payment plans (V12 finance, mydentist plan, and hygiene plan), and demonstrate treatment plans using relevant software.
- Define, agree, and implement a consistent private patient journey in collaboration with the Practice Manager and Private and Specialist Development Manager.
- Comply with mydentist health and safety policy and all relevant risk assessments, including Display Screen Equipment (DSE) and ergonomic considerations.
- Improve recruitment for new and existing mydentist and hygiene plans.
- Participate in Smile Checker and open events, visiting practices to encourage referrals.
- Ensure compliance with payment plan procedures.

Social Media and Marketing:

- Increase social media engagement and followers across all platforms.
- Improve conversion rates from social media campaigns to booked consultations and treatments.
- Enhance the online reputation of the practice through positive patient testimonials and reviews.
- Achieve targets for social media-driven patient inquiries and appointments.

Patients:

- Meet practice targets for telephone answering.
- Maintain Did Not Attend (DNA) rates in line with practice targets.

People:

- Maintain excellent attendance and timekeeping standards.
- Maintain regular contact with the Private and Specialist Development Manager.
- Engage with Great Place to Work (GPTW) and Your Voice activities.

Performance:

- Exceed practice budget for private revenue and oral hygiene product sales.
- Improve patient finance option uptake.
- Improve conversion rates on treatment plans.

**Person Specification**
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Excellent customer service skills developed in a customer-focused organisation.
- Experience in coaching and training colleagues is advantageous.
- Ability to build strong relationships with the practice team and external parties, including referring clinicians.
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using IT and operating computer-based systems (experience with R4 is desirable but not essential).
- Passionate about delivering excellent commercial results.
- Background in dentistry is beneficial but not necessary.
