Experienced Glass Cutter

**Who are we?**

Performance Glass Processing Ltd are a manufacturer of high-quality double-glazed units and processor of fire rated and acoustic glass products servicing customers across the whole of the UK.

**Job Role**

The purpose of the role is to support and to compliment our well established and hard-working team. We are looking for people with previous experience with cutting Float and Laminate glass both on a bench and by hand. This is a permanent full-time position with varied roles which will require flexibility and a cross sections of skills throughout the working day.

**Due to operational growth of the Business we are looking for team members with the following skills. Multiple of the below would be advantageous**:

- Float Glass cutting (Automatic Bottero Float table).
- Laminate Glass cutting (Bottero Laminate table).
- Cutting by hand, both rectangles and shaped pieces.
- Reading and working to Technical Drawings.
- Other cross over skills such as, setting out, masking are desirable.

In keeping with all our team members, there will be a requirement to keep the factory clean and tidy, prepare goods for dispatch.

**Other Information**

We are looking at a start date as soon as possible.

Must have own safety boots.

**Salary**: Wage negotiable depending on experience.

Glass processing is a potentially hazardous environment, and safety must take priority when working with stock and cut sized glass.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
