Telephone/radio Operator

We are searching for a dedicated Telephone/Radio Operator to join our team.

If you possess strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, the ability to work under pressure and a deep knowledge of the local area, this role offers an exciting opportunity.

**Key Responsibilities**

Efficiently manage taxi dispatch using established systems.

Organize and coordinate taxi pick-ups and drop-offs.

Utilize your comprehensive area knowledge to optimize routes.

Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.

**Daily Duties**

Providing quotes.

Assign taxis to appropriate pick-up points.

Plan and communicate efficient routes to drivers.

Monitor taxi movements and update clients as necessary.

Maintain accurate records of dispatched trips.

Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.

**Requirements**:
Proficiency in using Office Word, Excel and Google Maps.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Deep familiarity with the local area and landmarks.

Exceptional telephone etiquette and communication skills.

Must be able to work under pressure in a calm, professional manner.
