**Real Time Business Ltd are seeking a Labourer to join our team on a 19 house site.**

We are looking for a diligent and proactive Site Labourer to join our team, responsible for maintaining site, keeping site tidy, assist subcontractors and predominantly work with our groundwork team. This is a diverse position on a project which will continue for the next 2 years and be an ideal opportunity to get experience of site work for aspirational school leavers. You will be involved with a variety of tasks aside from the core duties below but predominantly labouring and groundworks.

Monday - Friday (with occasional Saturday work)

Hours : 7:30 - 4:30

Pay: £70-100 d.o.e.

**Requirements**:

- Full PPE
- General site/construction experience
- CSCS Card (preferred)
- Transport

**Duties include**:

- Maintain our sites safety by removing debris, organising material and keeping scaffolds clear
- Work closely with our groundworks team and
- Load and unload materials from deliveries
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed by the construction team
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

**Experience**
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required, this opportunity would be ideal for a school leaver trying to get experience in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints is a plus
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is beneficial
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour tasks
