We have schools across West Cornwall looking for staff, ready for the new school year, and deal with Primary and Secondary Students, with the aim of ensuring that the students are able to stand on their own two feet when they leave.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide behavioural support and guidance to secondary students who are experiencing challenging behaviours.
- Develop and implement behaviour management plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour.
- Provide individual mentoring to students to enhance social skills and emotional wellbeing.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour management plans and adjust as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with students who have behavioural, social, and emotional difficulties.
- Strong knowledge of behaviour management strategies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
