Warehouse Supervisor

Nelson Recruitment Services are excited to be working with our quickly expanding client in the Aston area of Birmingham.

Our client is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor on a permanent basis. The company is quickly expanding and are currently making a number of changes to update and upskill their processes and staff. They are looking for the right person to be able to assist in the management of the warehouse.

This is a very exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor and the client will be holding interviews for this position at the beginning of February.

The successful Warehouse Operative will be responsible for:
Delivering the highest levels of service and quality to the customer.

Ensuring processes are followed and constantly challenged to deliver the best results for service and cost.

Managing performance within the Warehouse Operations to deliver both quality and service to the customer.

Be able to challenge self and others to be the best and strive for excellence at all times, always putting the customer at the centre.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ensure Daily Customer Service Levels are achieved.
- Ensure Daily Performance and Quality KPI’s are achieved
- Work with Warehouse Manager to develop Own performance, Team Performance and Processes with the warehouse
- Ensure Stock Integrity is maintained to the highest possible standards
- Support the implementation of best practice within the department.
- Deliver Daily Team Briefs
- Carry out and Support HR related duties
- Action all replenishment's for customer orders.
- Maintain high levels of Housekeeping across site.
