Sarlary -£11.44 an hour

The Potters Bar Day Nursery & Pre School are seeking to appoint an Early Years Practitioner due to growth in the nursery. We have a lond standing nursery team. You will be joining a nursery with ambitious plans, where the staff team are happy and enthusiastic about creating experiences for the children within their care. This role would be suited to an Nursery Assistant who is looking for a career in childcare, we are invested in suportting staff to progress with training opportunities. we love to work closely alongside parents/carers and outside agencies to ensure we provide high quality care and education, in order to meet the holistic needs of each child.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:
To include and maintain high standards of care and education

To work effectively within the staff team, providing day to day support in the baby room

Provide stimulating and exciting activities for young children

To implement effective parent liaison and to be influential in developing strong links with parents

You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
Excellent knowledge of the EYFS

Knowledge of OFSTED standards

Excellent communication skills

Working knowledge of key working practice, including observations and record keeping.
