We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant, preferably with Phlebotomy skills, to work with the Integrated Community Team in the Derbyshire Dales locality.

As part of this role you will be required to obtain blood samples from patients within their preferred place of care and be based with a community nursing team working from 9-3 from Monday-Friday (days to be agreed on successful recruitment).
