- We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, efficient and dedicated SENCO join our positive and committed leadership team.
- This post is offered on a full time, permanent contract.
- We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with pupils, parents, colleagues and professionals
- The ability to relate well to children, understanding their needs and be able to advise teaching staff accordingly
- A clear and deep understanding of behaviour management tools and practices for all pupils
- Strong leadership skills and experience leading teaching staff
- The ability to solve problems and find solutions in a fast-paced working environment
