**Drivers Mate/Slinger**

**Role Overview**

You will be responsible in assisting the HGV driver/operator for the delivery and collection of trackway and ancillary equipment for a company that can offer you excellent training opportunities and support with great scope for progression.

**Role/Responsibilities**
- Assist the driver/operator in the installation and recovery of our products
- Be expected to spend time away from home including working across our European network
- The completion of any relevant checks and related administration when delivering and collecting equipment.
- Assist in the completion of all relevant documents and paperwork in the completion of site work and stock control
- You will be responsible for ensuring that Company vehicles under your responsibility are kept in a good clean condition
- As the employee of the company you will be well presented, communicate professionally with customers on site and promote the positive image of the business
- You will comply with current H&S legislation and Company specific health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Be expected to carry out all manual duties in the depot when required including the washing and repairing of stock, damage repairs
- The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated within the company

**Skills Required**:

- You will be numerate, articulate and have immaculate attention to detail.
- Basic IT Knowledge
- Full Driving License
- CSCS Operative Card
- Reliable and punctual
- Respectful
- Basic understanding of hand tools
- Reliable and punctual
- Eagerness to learn
- Good attention to detail and not afraid to ask when unsure
- Must be physically fit

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
