Forklift Engineer

**Excellent opportunity for a Forklift Engineer to join a well-established company based in Clowne

**Salary: £27,000 - £32,000**

**Permanent 40hr week Mon - Fri. Benefits: Company Bonus, Company pension, Opportunities for personal development. No out of hours working

The company is a well-established and thriving firm that designs, manufactures, installs and services bespoke lifting equipment. Recently they acquired Sidetracker Engineering Ltd a bespoke manufacturer of multi-direction forklift trucks and it is primarily for the servicing and repairs of forklift trucks which this Forklift Service Engineer will be responsible.

Job Profile

**Role

- Responsible for attending breakdowns and carrying out repairs.
- Preventative maintenance
- Thorough Examinations
- Set out work on site in accordance with RAMS issued.
- Liaise with the site manager or operator of the premises.
- Liaise with parts department to ensure correct stock levels in company van.
- No out of hours working

- In-depth mechanical experience including strong diagnostic skills.
- A forklift, agricultural or industrial truck engineering experience
- Experience with Hydro-electrical circuits
- Computer literate
- Willingness to learn new skills and expand existing knowledge.
- Good verbal, visual and written communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
