**We are looking for two Results & Service Monitoring Improvements Officers who can**:

- Work well with others and handle demanding situations with tact and sensitivity.
- Understand and meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively and clearly using various methods.
- Plan and manage their own work and performance.
- Solve problems with quality, satisfaction, cost, and efficiency in mind.
- Present complex information to different audiences in a tailored way.
- Interpret legislation and lead on service re-design to ensure compliance.
- Show accuracy, initiative, resilience, and persistence in their work.
- Manage conflict in distressing or potentially aggressive situations.

**Key Responsibilities and skills.**
- Implement systems and procedures designed to promote positive outcomes for people, departments, and teams within the service area.
- Deliver a flexible, proactive approach whilst meeting the desired outcomes of the people we support.
- Drive a consistency and efficiency across the service ensuring that best practice is adopted throughout the service to support a uniformed approach to tasks and activities that support all members of the Senior Executive.
- Adapt and change the composition of matrix managed teams to work flexibly to meet the changing needs of the business.
- Expert in ICT and use of systems and tools.
- Actively seek out the customer’s requirements, then develop and shape services that best serve them.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with external and internal customers using a range of methods most appropriate to the circumstances and needs.
- Plan and manage own workload, prioritising appropriately. Monitor own performance against agreed work plans.
- Take a structured and consistent approach to problem-solving, ensuring quality, customer satisfaction, cost and efficiency is taken into consideration at all times.
- Understand, interpret and present complex information to Members, Senior Management Team, stakeholders and residents, ensuring the information is tailored to each specific audience.
- Interpret legislation and lead on re-designing whole service area functionality to ensure that legislative requirements are met. With high accuracy and attention to detail and high level of initiative and self-motivation, demonstrating resilience and persistence.
- Build and maintain a good understanding of wider council and department objectives, services and initiatives and an understanding of how these interface with delivery of customer needs.
- Manage conflict in distressing or potentially aggressive situations.

As a member of our service, you are expected to adapt to changing needs and take on various responsibilities as needed.
