At Love Energy Savings our customers are at the heart of everything we do and that’s why we invest in delivering an exceptional after-sales service. We have our own in-house Service Centre, which acts as a centralized hub for all things customer service.

You will be responsible for the safe and accurate delivery of contracts to our suppliers by providing the final line of support, ensuring the accurate delivery of contracts from our internal teams to our various suppliers.

You’ll be communicating with external suppliers to discuss credit referrals and complete vetting checks for high-risk clients, managing risk appropriately with suppliers.

A Bit About the Role

As our Quality & Processing Agent, you will ensure sales entering the “quality pot” are dealt with in a timely manner and in-line with Company SLAs.

You’ll complete checks using the “BT call finder system” to locate relevant calls, ensuring sales are compliant in line with Love Energy Savings' guidelines, the code of conduct and supplier requirements. You will be referring any discrepancies back to sales agents.

**A Bit About You**

You will have strong administration skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You’ll have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the capability to learn new and varying IT systems.
