**Junior Health and Safety Advisor - RC Frame and Groundworks**

Our Client has a strong track record of completing projects on time and within budget, and the company is known for its high quality workmanship.

**About the Opportunity**

Due to the on-going expansion of the company and awarding of new projects, our client is looking for a Health and Safety Advisor to join their team in London. The successful Health and Safety professional will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day health and safety duties which will include implementing the companies’ health and safety policies, preparing method statements, risk assessments, construction phase plans and undertaking site inspections throughout London and the surrounding areas.

**About the requirements**
- Hold a NEBOSH or IOSH
- 1-3 years experience within Health and Safety
- Strong understanding of health and safety laws and regulations, ability to identify and assess hazards, develop and implement safety procedures, train employees on safety protocols, and conduct investigations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders, work well as part of a team, and build relationships.
- Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and analyse data.
- Ability to pay attention to detail and be thorough in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety (Advantageous)

**About the Benefits and Rewards**
