Higher Level Teaching Assistant needed in well established, 'Good' Wakefield Primary School

This is a great opportunity for a qualified High Level Teaching Assistant (HTLA) in a large, well established Primary School located in Wakefield. This school has a good OFSTED rating and there is a focus on inclusion and support with a whole team approachto achieving results.
Your new role
Working in a large Primary School you will join a dedicated teaching and support team who create a warm, welcoming and inclusive place where all children are supported and encourage to learn and develop their skills. Working across the year groups from Receptionto Year 6, you will also be covering general ESA and reading with children. The school is looking for an experienced High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from the start of the Spring Term in January until the Summer holidays with excellentpotential to become permanent. Your new school maintains high expectations for all and have established a culture where staff support and challenge each other.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will need to have HLTA status with a Teaching Assistant Qualification.
You will also need proven experience within the last 2 years with strong classroom management skills.
You will have a flexible adaptable and positive approach and outlook towards work.
