Driver (Catering)

We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding catering team as a Driver. By buckling up with us, you will contribute to the efficient operation of the catering department.

Providing distribution services to all catering outlets from the Production Kitchen (the Hub) - a purpose built unit where with food production at the heart. You will work closely with the team to ensure the distribution from one kitchen to the other is seamless, maintaining a high standard and ensuring quality.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience of working within catering is desirable
- Experience of working as part of a team
- Flexible approach to the role
- Clean and tidy delivery vehicles
- Compliance to estate driving rules
- Compliance with statutory and company requirements for food safety and health and safety
- Correctly completed cleaning schedules, delivery and temperature records
- Elimination of food waste due to good stock rotation
- Compliance with company and legal regulations surrounding health and safety and food safety.
