Working out of our office located in Felixstowe, we are looking for our next mid-level Air and Ocean Operator. You will be responsible for making sure the movement of freight across Europe, or even across the globe, is coordinated and executed successfully according to our
- customers’ needs.

Your work will support our rapidly growing Operations team and you will communicate thoroughly with other team members and Traffic Tech personnel. This position is a great opportunity to further your career within the extensive logistics’ field.

Air and Ocean Import Operator

**What** **the** **Job** **Entails**:

- Processing of import shipments
- Coordination of appointments
- Purchase of freight rates and booking of freight rates
- Telephone and written communication with our customers
- Billing of transports and Processing of incoming documents
- Communication with the national and international Traffic Tech network.

**What** **We** **Are** **Looking** **For**:

- Must have 3+ years of previous work experience in the import sector
- Good written and spoken English knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- High School Diploma
- Customer service experience
- Problem resolution skills, detail-oriented, high level of multi-tasking skills are a must
- Possess professional phone mannerisms
- Outgoing personality; high energy; flexible
- Great attitude and desire to work hard while having fun
