**Position: Permanent - Full Time**

An outstanding opportunity to work at the Land & New Homes division of one of the leading and most successful independent estate agents in the Surrey. The brand already has a network high performance sales and lettings of offices across the area and is nowgrowing a successful new department based on already solid foundations.

For this all-encompassing role, you will need to have experience in Land sourcing, Acquisition, Planning, Development and New Home Sales. You will need to be passionate, energetic and enthusiastic, patient and the type of individual who seeks out opportunities.

**Skills: The skills required for this Land Buyer role will include**:

- Previous experience in New Homes and Land acquisition
- Good understanding of the Estate Agency and property sales
- An understanding of planning rules and building regulations
- Excellent ability to build rapport
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage own time effectively
- Full Driving Licence and own car preferred
- The ability to recognise and take advantage of opportunities
