The role will include working with children with SEMH. Many children in this provision will have behavioural needs. Previous work with children or adults with SEMH is needed.

**About the role**:
Your main role will be to work alongside the other members of staff and make sure you are able to help the children learn in a way that they can. The children need to feel supported and safe so a caring and resilient personality is a requirement.

**About the school**:
The school is an alternative provision for children who are at risk of being permanently excluded from school and the aim Is for them to be able to go back into their mainstream school. There are 116 pupils ranging from 8 - 16.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of SEMH TA you will:

- You will need a DBS to work for us
