Fenestration Surveyor

Our Client a National Glazing Contractor currently seek an experienced Surveyor for Windows, Doors, Shopfronts, and Curtain Walling projects in a 40 mile radius of Birmingham.

Our client are heavily focused on being a team and strive to provide a working environment that is enjoyable and challenges them to grow.

Ideally you will be a detail orientated, well organised, experienced fenestration surveyor.

Access to a company vehicle is available for site visits.

You will be working closely with their Operations Team, the Surveyor will be responsible for (but not limited to):

- Attending site to take measurements
- Full regulatory compliance and product suitability
- Recommendations to solve potential problems
- Project access requirements
- Producing drawings and gaining sign-off from clients
- Ensuring full Health and Safety compliance and Team Wellbeing on site
- Ensuring a comprehensive material list is passed to the Order Processing team for each project
- Storing all project information on the company's CRM software.
- Communicating project specific requirements to the Operations Team.

Must have:

- Full UK driving license
- Fenestration Systems Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of glazing Installation methods
- Detail orientated method of working
- Ability to successfully manage large scale projects

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
