**Your new role**

The Recruitment Lead, International plays a critical role in coordinating and implementing the global expansion plans for the Fund, in partnership with Australian and internationally based teams.

Managing a small team, the Recruitment Lead, International will provide expert resourcing advice to stakeholders in the Fund’s international offices, leveraging the Fund’s successful existing recruitment model and processes to deliver efficient, cost-effective recruitment solutions. This includes a large degree of direct talent identification, attraction, engagement, and selection practices.

You will partner with international senior leaders as well as Australian-based senior leaders to plan and manage the Fund’s international recruitment activity and phased workflows. Partnering with your People & Culture colleagues you will ensure the most appropriate organisational design, role structure, remuneration and role purpose are agreed as part of planned recruitment activities.

You will role model a high quality, compliant approach to all recruitment activity. This includes identifying and implementing appropriate sourcing channels, drafting, and placing advertisements, screening, interviewing, testing and finalising offer and onboarding arrangements.

Leading the international recruitment team, you will develop the team capabilities on an individual and collective basis, providing regular coaching and guidance in line with Fund standards and best practice, and support the delivery of the significant growth plans across the Fund.

This hybrid role is based on site at London King’s Cross Estate, one of the core assets of the Fund’s global portfolio.

**What you’ll need**

Culture is key at AustralianSuper and we are looking for someone who is a team player that enjoys working in a high performing collaborative team.

Experience in the funds/asset management industry, with an understanding of investments, middle office, and investments operations functions is important. Specifically, an understanding the international investments landscapes regarding talent market conditions.

Proven people leadership experience in a high performing recruitment function is necessary to succeed in this role and having worked across both the UK and US markets would be highly valued.
