**Requirements**:

- Be able to adapt to different audiences and adjust presentation style accordingly.
- Be knowledgeable about Manicures and Pedicures or relevant areas is preferred but not necessary.
- Experience or talent in singing, dancing, playing musical instruments, rapping, or other performance areas is desirable but not necessary for this position.
- Be able to answer questions from the audience.
- Be able to use audio-visual equipment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning, scripting, and producing content for live streams.
- Conducting research to identify trending topics and content ideas for live streams.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to align content with the company's branding and promotional strategies.
- Interacting with the audience, responding to comments, and fostering community engagement during live streams.
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of social media short videos and live streams, and making data-driven adjustments to optimize reach and engagement.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media, short video production, and live streaming.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including videographers, editors, and graphic designers, to ensure high-quality production of content.
- Managing and maintaining equipment and technical requirements for live streaming.
- Adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring content aligns with legal and ethical standards.
