**Your next challenge**

**Main missions**
- Lead the development teams in self-organisation
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Responsible for planning and delivering the maintenance and support identifying and resolving problems as appropriate via managed sprint guardrails
- Ensure appropriate documentation is available.
- To achieve agreed timescales on both individual client jobs and internal development projects.
- To provide support and advice to systems users and to direct them to suitable sources of detailed help where this is more appropriate.
- To ensure that the highest level of service standards are maintained, whether the client is deemed to be external or internal in the form of fellow employees.
- To ensure security best practice when creating and modifying internal and external systems.
- To liaise closely with product owners and to prioritise requirements and deliveries.
- To impart, where appropriate, knowledge, techniques and practices to other members of the IT Team in order to maximise team effectiveness.
- Manage the resourcing and testing requirements for all bug-fixes and development requests from the business.
- Proactively developing improvements in the teams processes to help the business work more effectively and efficiently.
- Responsible for leading the team towards recording program version control, user training, user documentation and system documentation.
- Implement best practices and guidelines defined by PMO, in terms of Development and Support processes
- Adhere to applicable SLAs.

**Key responsibilities**
- Delivery of solutions and products on time and on budget.
- Own and deliver team updates and manage stakeholders’ expectations
- Deliver support to live system as per contractual agreements.
- Be responsible for the daily running of team work items including team resource management, reporting and stakeholder updates
- Develop solutions working with the test team and adhere to specified test procedures
- Interact with other Scrum Masters of other areas.
- Help the team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
- Lead the team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices

- Strong experience in agile and scrum methodologies.
- Strong in best practices in terms of development and support
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Experience in ITIL/Agile processes is a plus
- Ability to work on own initiative in a technically diverse team
- Ability to work to challenging deadlines
- Collaborative style and approach, ability to take stakeholders on a journey.
- Digital experience & technology background
- Testing Experience
- Agile mindset
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Experience with using systems such as Jira, Microsoft projects etc
