Our client, a Regional Developer, based in Horsham are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a full-time basis. The QS / SQS will be working on numerous residential developments across the region with sites varying from 20 units to 40 units focusingon the quality and specification of the builds. Duties will be varied and will include all aspects of Quantity Surveying, working from head office and visiting sites as and when required.

The client themselves are a growing business with strong growth plans over the coming months and years presenting an excellent opportunity for the right individual to continue growing and progressing with their career.

**Quantity SurveyorPosition Overview**
- Job Type: Permanent, full-time
- Job Location: Horsham (flexible working can be discussed)
- Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
- Start date: ASAP (happy to wait for notice periods)
- Projects: Housebuilding
- Reporting to: Commercial Manager
- Working hours: Monday to Friday

**Quantity SurveyorPosition Requirements**
- Must have a minimum of 4 years Quantity Surveying experience
- Must have a knowledge of residential construction
- Ideally working for a Developer / House Builder
- Must live with 1 hour commuting distance of Horsham
- Must hold a full driving licence
- Good tenure
- no job hopping and must be looking for a long term role

**Quantity SurveyorPosition Remuneration**
- Salary: £50k - £60k (DOE- potentially more for the right individual)
- Holiday
