Educational Diversity wishes to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible Attendance and Engagement Officer to provide consistent support to our students and other young people across Blackpool.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Is proactive and supportive of students and their families when attendance is an issue
- Has excellent organisational and communication skills as well as excellent attention to detail
- Promote and support high levels of attendance, to support students in achieving their full potential
- Promote a positive attendance and punctuality culture.
- Wants the opportunity to work at wonderful school as part of a fantastic team
- Is forward thinking and committed to raising standards
