EWB Solutions Ltd is a small, clean and friendly company producing edge welded bellows. We are experiencing a period of enhanced growth and have the need to fulfil multiple positions for an Assembly Technician.
- **Job Role**:_
- Working within the Production department, operating one of our custom tabletop welding machines.
- You will be responsible for the set up (with training and supervision to start) and operating by loading and running of the welding plates.
- You will also be responsible for checking components after they have been manufactured for defects to ensure that the parts produced are in line with EWB quality.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area.
- On occasion, you may be asked to help within other areas of the business if the need arises.
- **Skills Required**:_
- Many components you will handle can be quite small, so good hand dexterity would be beneficial
- Assembly machinery experience and a basic knowledge of hand tool use would be an advantage but not essential, full in-house training is given.
- Being able to work under your own initiative with minimum supervision
- Organized and hardworking

**Salary and Holiday**:
We at EWB are offering a salary of £11.34 per hour, £22, 400 per annum.

Working hours will be 7:00am till 3:00pm Monday to Thursday and 7:00am till 1:00pm on Fridays.

With the occasional optional overtime.

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, after 2 years of service this rises to 27 days.

The option to join Judges Scientifics SIPs scheme.
